How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Elio, and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open Elio, go to the subscription screen, and tap Restore purchase at the bottom.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app. If you need further help, email us and we'll take care of it within 30 days.

Elio isn't responding — what should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check your internet connection. If it's still not working, email us with a brief description of the problem.
